What this practice does

Macroeconomics becomes operational at the point of purchase. We forecast input prices under tariff, carbon-pricing, energy-price, and labour-shortage scenarios; build should-cost models that benchmark supplier pricing against current and predicted market prices; map the commercial relationships between manufacturers, distributors, and buyers; and design procurement risk registries with named owners, mitigations, and tracking. We also assess trade-measure exposure, tariffs, remedy actions, and rules-of-origin risk, on specific capital projects and spend categories.
